Once you have your Strategic Plan, have developed Performance Profiles™, Assessed your existing Talents Capabilities and Hired the additional Talent required, you need to ensure that your managers have the ability to consistently get the desired results from their respective teams in a positive manner that promotes enhanced employee morale and retention.
Excelsior’s Leadership Development program ensures that your managers have the knowledge, skills and behaviors to effectively lead your employees. Our program is customized based on the Assessment Results and is designed to teach:

This is typically done over a 6 month period with one full-day class each month and 2 individual coaching sessions per team member. The coaching session are designed to help each of your leaders drill down on the lessons learned in the classroom by applying to each of their actual goals and objectives, team members’ personality styles, and unique challenges.
